"I absolutely love this vet. I had been taking my dogs to Hermosa Pet Hospital for years before VCA bought them. The same vets are there, one of whom saved one of my dogs life. I have nothing negative to say about them. This is more about how much more I love this place. The vet truly cares for my dog. He listens to what’s going on and doesn’t prescribe the same old medications. My dog has had a skin allergy for years and after thousands of dollars, numerous tests & dozens of vet visits, she still has the issue. This vet has prescribed some new medications without doing the same old costly tests that indicate what a great vet can see with their own eyes and experience. He just prescribes the meds, follows up & is a genuinely caring person. I can’t recommend them more highly."

"We are new first time puppy owners and the staff of PAH made us feel welcomed and respected. We had to change our appointment a few times due to issues with our puppy and they were helpful and courteous. Almost all reviews mention Dr. Hanna, and for good reason I’m sure, but we can personally speak to Dr. Campbell’s professionalism and attention to detail. She answered all questions we had and then some. The entire staff was great, warm and welcoming. Our little Winnie felt safe and cared for the entire time!"

"Dr. Hanna is incredible. My dog was going to Santa Monica Pet Medical Clinic for years. My dog was starting to lose her hair and showing signs of some sort of disease. The 10+ vets at SMPMC couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her after months and thousands of dollars spent. I went to PAH and Dr. Hanna hoping for a miracle as my dog wasn’t doing well. He immediately knew the problem. Not only did he solve the problem but he was very mindful of not doing extra bloodwork and to not overcharge me in any way. He is hands down the best vet I have ever seen and can’t say anything but good things about him and his staff. Thank you Dr. Hanna for taking care of my baby girl!"

After bringing home a puppy at the start of the pandemic and having not met any of her vets face-to-face for her first 1.5 years and having difficulty getting in, I decided to try someone new when she had an injury and found my way to PAH after reading all of the amazing reviews. It was so nice to finally speak IN PERSON to my pup's vet and be in the same room with my anxious girl. Dr. Hanna is easy to talk to, knowledgable, patient with my questions, very thorough, and he was the one to finally get to the bottom of all of her stomach issues. The staff is equally as great.
