"Nice hotel. But the elevators are horrible slow. Can't even use the stairs because they exit outside and the door doesn't open from outside. So on a busy day, you wait forever..."

"Hotel exterior, lobby and bar are nice but the rooms are tired. Stayed here recently for two nights as my company regularly books this hotel for employees. I found the rooms to be worn and the amenities to be outdated. My shower door did not completely seal resulting in a bathroom full of water. The vanity and toilet are for people at are 5'9" and smaller. I am 6' 3" and had to squat to shave and deep knee bends to use the toilet. The A/C system in my room did not sync with the wall controls so I had to manually adjust them at the unit. The cable TV did not work when I arrived and after calling the front desk they sent someone to fix it which required a reboot of the cable box. No alarm clock in the room which seemed strange. They do not make up your room every day. They do it every other day. The breakfast bar is nice but overpriced for the value of the stay. $21 for two eggs and toast? Why is a basic breakfast not included in the price like other hotels in this price range? My stay was during the week and the bar ran out of bottled beer during my stay which shows they just are not managed well and they are only open from 5PM on. The bar staff ignored me and walked the floor arranging the flowers on each table while I sat at the bar waiting to be served. Scheduled to stay there again in a couple days so let's hope I have a better experience this time."

"wow what a change from when I first wrote a review on this place. Had a second stay on October4 and 5 of 2023. The front desk when I stopped by in the afternoon the lady was just rude and gave the impression I was bothering her by asking about our rooms status. When we went back to check in in the early evening the incompetent desk clerk was not able to handle the job. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, and yes being the next in line, I suggested she call the manager to help her. She sad she would call after she got done with the checking in guests. QUESTION: if you wait until you are done then why would you call for help. Then to charge for parking when there is no choice but to pay 20.00 for parking in the regular parking lot. Yet they allow people off the street to park for free. Room was dirty and smelled of smoke. Spots on the bathroom floor like the floor had never been cleaned, wall paper pealing, bed very uncomfortable. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH ANOTHER VISIT. I will be making another trip to the area in November and every 6 weeks or so in the future. Guess this place is too busy to worry about return guests."

"I stayed here for 5 nights in a room with an "upgraded" shower and I would not stay here again. The shower took 10 minutes to just heat up and never actually got hot. The low flow shower head leaked and was not enjoyable. Maintenance never fixed the issue even though I reported it the second day. The TV was almost unusable with TV channels taking 10 seconds to change the channel. $20 dollars a day for parking is pretty unreasonable too."

"Stayed at this location for the first time and I can’t say it was the best Hilton. Check in was slow with a few people waiting in line. Not sure why they charge $20 to park, I guess because they can in the area, but it is a very high traffic area since the are like 3 hotels right in the immediate area. Room Cleanliness : There was hair in the shower and the bed sheets had some spots on them. The mattresses did have mattress pads so didn’t see any bed bugs but based on some of the spots on the sheets may have been an issue in the past, don’t know. Elevator certification was not up to date and the elevator shuttered in a scary way when it got to the floor. I will not be staying at this hotel again."
