"I whent in to buy dog food with my dog ... and I asked a worker who was just standing on his phone. Who told me there is someone in the aisle who would help me. After waiting for 5 minutes and realizing there was no one there. so I looked for a team member to get some help. Then the women directed me to the same guy who was just standing on his phone and told me he was the manager. Finally thinking I was going to get some assistance... the manager seemed like he didn't care to assist me also giving attitude after every question as if he was getting upset that I interrupted his phone time! Not to mention I was 1 out of 3 people in the whole store!"

"I like coming to this spot to get anything I need for my cats and dog. Everything is clean and organized so things are easy to find and the employees are nice and friendly. Definitely my go-to spot for pet needs."

"Karla has amazing hands with dogs. My dog came very matted and she did an amazing job with treating his hair. She has so much patience as she took her time to be careful. "Astrid did a great job with Butters's hair. My dog Butters has fear aggression and I never took him to get professionally groomed before and had always cut his hair crudely myself. Astrid was very patient with Butters, at one point she said he was very jumpy when she tried to trim his leg hair and she would rather not traumatize him -- which I appreciate how she cares for his mental health!
