"The front desk workers were so rude. i walked in and no one said a word to me They proceeded to speak in Spanish to each other and ignore my existence Then the front desk worker asked me about an authorization as if they shouldn't of already had that taken care of. I waited for almost an hour and then started inquiring about when i'd be seen & she got an attitude because i asked. Then I asked to speak with the manager who was on-site at the time standing there not saying a word & the manager tried to defend her behavior. The manager put on my chart that I'm not allowed to be seen there as if I'd ever even consider it after that horrible experience. Also, the only reason i even ended up at this location is because Dr Lipeles cancelled my prior appointment suddenly. I would never allow these people to touch my vagina nor do i suggest anyone else does."

"Amazing! Best staff, wonderful welcoming environment, great staff morale, comfortable seating in the waiting area, thee absolute best doctor visit. After searching and seeking help and getting nowhere, I'm finally in a safe space where my cares and concerns don't fall on Def ears. Life changing, highly recommend."

"Do not waste your time going to Dr. Rose or Dr. Jamie Lipeles. If you are serious about this process as I have been and have a limited window to work with - if you value your precious time and making the right choices for the potential to have a child- do not go to this facility. I informed them that I had a small window of time due to age, health and insurance coverage- none of which they care about. They have the worst staff and they have the worst scheduling system. they will waste your time! I had wasted over FIVE WEEKS trying to get an appointment with both of these doctors. They put me on their books and the day I showed up for my appointment they said they had canceled my appointment and did not reschedule me. They did not bother to tell me about this nor did they attempt to reschedule me at the earliest time to follow. Time is of essence as you know during this process, and to have people so flaky and rude , not to get back to you when the schedule shifts and having me show up and treat me with complete rudeness, is beyond mind blowing. There are countless doctors with better ratings and outcomes that will put you as a priority during this very sensitive process. To the staff and team managing the scheduling system: you guys are completely ruining peoples lives with how you take no competence or care on how you treat people during such a sensitive decision making process is shameful. To the doctors: your staff is a reflection of how you operate. This process shows me that if I had engaged you as my doctors, you would have wasted my time and likely had an unsuccessful outcome. Shame on all of you."

"This office repeatedly sends me bills for a $4000 rapid PCR test from 2 years ago. I've sent them my insurance card as well as my claim summary from Blue Shield CA showing that I owe $0 since the provider is in-network. The office is impossible to get a hold of - no one returns phone calls or messages on their online portal (it's been 43 days and still waiting for a response after reaching out multiple times). I'd highly recommend taking your health to another office that is more responsive and communicative."

"I have seen Dr. Lipeles about 4 times now. I can confidently say he truly cares for his patients. He takes the time to listen and give you all the information you want/need to know. He has a phenomenal personality and you will have no problem communicating your needs or feeling comfortable with him. He goes above and beyond to meet you at least halfway and have you leave the office happy and healthy. I highly recommend him."
