"This store charged my husband card twice for one transaction back in November, I’ve called the back office and talked with the store employees and manager and they have not given me my refund. They kept trying to get me to call my bank to dispute it. I had go into the store today and escalate this more. Not sure if this is a scam employees are trying to pull at this store location but shoppers beware. I’ve already filed a complaint with the department of better business bureau."

"I go to get all my dog's Sonic and Blue's needs at the Northridge location, Vital Care all the way, lol...They are great on so many fronts! Example: Blue is a rescue as rescues come that has a past but keeps getting better and better and they are all very welcoming to him and allow him to be a dog as long as I am responsible in my way of handling him, it's a judge free zone...More importantly they meet me and my dogs at were they are at and are so supportive it's crazy! I guess the team has a very good dog IQ I'd say and it feels welcoming...The whole team is on it, but Andrew in the store and Reggie in grooming dept. stand out the most to me...They crush it...Thank You Big Time Guys!!"

"The horror movie version of a petstore. Dirty store and animals are sick birds and fish dead and dying. Aisles a mess pet food bags in piles. The photo shows a starfish with some kind of bacterial infection Probably from the disgusting water. It is basically getting eaten away."

"I shop at this Petco often and it’s my preferred store even though it’s a bit farther from where I live. They always are stocked on my dogs Blue Buffalo food. They have plenty of treats and toys to choose from and I buy my dog her outfits for the holidays. Her current blue reflective harness was purchased from this Petco. This is also where I take my dog to get groomed and I’ve never had an issue. They have friendly staff so that’s a bonus. My dog enjoys trips to Petco."
