"We made a boarding appointment 3 weeks in advance of our vacation. The lady I spoke to was rude and completely disinterested in our reservation call. I made it clear multiple times that we had a cat that needed oral medication given twice a day, to which the lady on the phone assured us it would be fine while responding to everything else with “uh huh. Yeah” We were called the night before our vacation to be told that they do not offer medication application to pets and our reservation was cancelled. We almost lost our entire vacation because this place is so unbelievably unprofessional. Do not board here"
