"I honestly don't have much issue with Dr Brooks he is pretty nice just seems like he has alot of patients and not enough time to tend to them as well as I feel like they need. He trains(a lot of med?) students and seems kinda rushed most appointments but he was so helpful at the hospital and whenever I had questions. The staff is horrible though, only two people and they seem nice but the service is atrocious. They NEVER answer the phone I literally had to go in person multiple times to have them fill out paperwork so I can get paid from my job or to get anything done. I tried to be understanding with covid and them being "busy" but every time I go there because they don't answer there's no one there so why aren't they answering?? I literally would call over 20 times throughout the day sometimes , leave messages and i wouldnt even get a call back. Talking to them they are nice but man I can't do it again I'm going to another OBGYN based on how bad they are. Dr. Brooks doesnt seem to care even after bringing up the lack of service at one of my appointments. Only stayed since i had already started all my fmla paperwork with them and didnt want the headache of trying to switch over but it might have been easier to switch actually. Would not recommend to friends or family."

"After a bad experience with another OBGYN I found Dr Brooks. I was having problems to get pregnant and he helped with that. During all the prenatal consultations (2 pregnancies) he was very patient to answer all my questions and easy my anxieties. Not just a good doctor but also a nice person who is positive and caring. My first pregnancy I had a emergency c section and he was amazing. Our second child we also did a c section as a precaution and he was amazing again!! I trust him and hopefully he will take care of my health for many years to come. Thank you Doctor Brooks!!"
