"My gyno of the last 5 years, who I loved, retired and the Doctor she referred me to was just awful, cold and uncaring. I researched a few Doctors that take my Blue Shield insurance and finally settled on Dr. Susman. From the moment I met her I knew I had made the right decision. She really listened to me and was so understanding, warm and gentle. I am so happy I found Dr. Susman and have referred several of my friends to her as well."

"I have an appointment set up to see this doctor after a very, very difficult and upsetting process of trying to switch OBGYN’s during a later point in my pregnancy. I called a few offices before speaking with Kayleigh, the receptionist, and she was, by far, the nicest to me. I shared a little of my situation with her, feeling really ashamed and expecting to be told the doctor won’t see me this late in my pregnancy or to be told I would get a call back and never hearing back, however the receptionist happily agreed to share some of what I told her and to ask Dr. Susman if she would allow me to make an appointment. This was after being rejected by a few offices this day, meaning I had already cried multiple times before speaking with this receptionist. I was kind of shocked when I actually saw my phone ringing later in the day with this office on my caller ID, they actually called me back when they said they would, and on the same day I called. This, in itself, is saying a lot! I am grateful for how nice the receptionist, Kayleigh (sorry if I’m spelling this wrong), was to me. I have been so stressed out and so upset, this took some weight off my mind. I am looking forward to my appointment."

"One of the ladies in office called us and basically made it sound like our baby on the way would be born with a terrible genetic mutation and that we had to take more expensive tests because of that. After hours of worrying and googling we found out one of us is simply a carrier of a POTENTIAL genetic disease. Big difference. But the lady on the phone did not have the decency to explain that. Both receptionists we have dealt with have been rude on the phone and in person. In general we were left with the impression that the office cares more about money than people. Susman herself might be brilliant on the medical side of things, but every time we saw her, everything felt very rushed and she flew out of the room just as quickly as she entered. If you a looking for a doctor who is gonna be super attentive during your pregnancy, this is not the place."

"Dr. Sussman was my OBGYN during my 2nd pregnancy. She is knowledgeable, caring and very thorough. I delivered via C-section at 34 weeks. We were so blessed to have such a great doctor to care for us. I highly recommend Dr. Sussman!"
