"If looking for a new OBGYN, I may suggest looking elsewhere. What an off-putting encounter. If her staff is a reflection of the professionalism in the office, I am very concerned. The receptionist was so abrupt when I asked if moving forward, my appointments can be approved by me. I received the reminder for an appointment I had not made so I was just confused. She was annoyed that I had questions and hung up on me. I called back as I was a new patient and I advised I would email Dr. Cotter directly as I felt uncomfortable at this point. She quickly advised, not to worry, she would get my email anyway and they do not care. If you are used to being treated with respect by your physician's office, this may not be a fit. I hung up in disbelief, and in tears. Thank goodness this happened, or I would have trusted with my service."
