A couple of times, I had to drive to the place just to make an appointment, like today. On the phone, you always got a machine and endless waiting, you thought maybe they need more nurses. But when I drove to the place, I saw more than enough of nurses in the office. Then you know, there is something wrong with the system. Anyway, I have to switch provider/doctor."
