"Have always been able to get in-and-out of the store pretty easily but trying to call the pharmacy this morning was most frustrating. I called 3 separate times expecting at least one of those times for the phone to be answered so I could ask if there was a maderna covid shot available because it's not coming up on their website. So it's not like I'm trying to be lazy but I'm trying to get the information without having to go in there and there's support staff at the pharmacy has always been pretty lame/lazy/slow/unfriendly."

"The pharmacy is very unprofessional. I dropped off my prescription the day before yesterday. I didn't hear anything all day yesterday and I called them today to let them know what was going on. they didn't have my insurance information so they didn't even bother filling my prescription so I had to wait another hour wait another hour for them to finish doing what they were supposed to do in the 1st place. not to mention she didn't bother communicating with me she only sent me a text messages saying she needed my insurance information after I called to Ask about my prescription."

"I was calling the pharmacy to speak someone at there about my refills, they were picking phone and leaving and no one were speaking. I thought there may be some technical issue, I call them again, they did same thing. I tried 4 times but no one spoke to me. I don’t know who hired them. If they can’t work they can leave and someone else can work there. The owner or management should track them that they are working or not and shouldn’t allow lazy people."
