"Terrible store. im here for shopping with my kids at this store. I need to use the bathroom so badly, so i ask the stores people to keypad the door so i can use the bathroom. There were 3 bathrooms, but they said all bathroom was broke down. they told me to go use the fast-food bathroom. I STOP everything and walk out."

"I just got the best customer service from these ladies over here at Walgreens, especially Alexandra. I had an "urgent" need in the photo department and the customer service rep took the time to give quality service even though I could tell she had many different tasks to manage. I could see that all the workers work together really well as a team. It was just refreshing to get such friendly and effective service even while I know the store was short staffed like everyone is nowadays. I also called the store a few times beforehand regarding the photo needs and they were great on the phone too."

"The manager of the Walgreens this morning refused to help me with a western union. There were merchandisers doing an inventory reset on "nail polish" so she said they were "too busy". I had already walked 2 miles and input my information in the kiosk. I explained I had come yesterday as well and came back today, cause the system was down yesterday and walked each time. She said "You know what you aren't listening to me I don't really care"... She then doubled down saying "CHP is in the warehouse doing inventory" like cops were in the back or something. How rude and disrespectful! No need to make things up and as the say the customer is always right. Shame she still has a job."
