"Horrible services and unattended office at UCR’s chases academic affairs. I have emailed Jose Berruvides and Jana Bernard regarding a time-sensitive document that I needed. In the past week of calling and emailing, I have not received a single correspondence or acknowledgment of my request. It seems that most of UCR staff is taking advantage of the remote setting we are currently in and doing the absolute bare minimum. Even less, they cannot answer their office line during operating hours.. what are we paying for again if these services aren’t accessible?"
