Expect to have at least half of your appointments canceled or rescheduled after you’ve already arrived. Bonus points for getting the same appointment rescheduled multiple times with zero apology."

"Dr. Scates was one of the most personable doctors to work with. He was uplifting during my wife's labor. I just wish that I could stay in Sacramento so I could have him deliver all of my future children. My wife was very please and he always made her day so much better with his positive attitude. He made sure that he was there for the delivery since he knew this was our first child. Prior to this delivery, went through a miscarriage at 3 months, and he was our doctor then as well.
