"I went in for my grooming appointment and right off the bat the employee has poor customer service. After filling out the paperwork, the employee immediately put the leash on my dog and dragged her to the grooming section. My dog is very sweet and loves people but she is extremely shy and since the employee didn’t bother making that initial connection, she was so scared and was crying as they dragged her away. The whole experience was awful and I do not recommend bringing your dog here."

"I asked for a typical Maltese cut for my Maltese/Yorkie cross. At first when I picked him up he looked okay but after getting him home I looked closer and realized what a hack job they did. He looks absolutely ridiculous and it’s obvious they tried very hard to cover up their mistakes. This cut is not even close to a Maltese cut. For almost $100 I expected him to look professionally groomed. I think my 10 year old grandson would have done a better job. I gave them 2 stars because they were very polite and courteous. No I would not recommend and I will not return."

"The groomer was caring and kind to our two dogs. She asked us questions and took the time to listen to our needs as far as grooming them a certain way, etc. They did react to the shampoo when we got them home - itching both of them so I would ask for a different shampoo / conditioner next time but overall the service and grooming was excellent. Bit pricey but worth it - we could never groom them the way a professional groomer can."
