"I've been bringing my cat here for the past five years, and while most of the staff are friendly and informative, Jasmine needs to be re-coached on proper phone etiquette. If you don't like your job, make room for someone else who will. I was about to schedule a dental cleaning which would have been in the ballpark of $1000-$1500 (more than I pay for my own teeth), so I absolutely don't appreciate being spoken to in the brusque, sarcastic manner which I just experienced. This place may be close to home, but if you can't even speak to a human being politely, the last thing I'm going to do is leave my pet in your care."

"600% mark-up on fluids for my cat. We care about our cat so we got what the recommended $70 fluids when I found it cheaper online for $10 5 minutes after walking out literally untouched they said no refunds once it leaves our doors that's our policy. I literally haven't touched more than the white bag it came in how's that going to contaminate it, they only denyed it because I could get it for $10 instead of $70 and they want to make more money I mean that's 600% of pure profit there giving up if I get a refund of something that has never been used or touched. My dad just died and we are hurting for money and mentioned that they didn't bat an eye at charging use a 600% make or denying us a return. I wish they had as much compassion for people as they did for animals. Never get any prescriptions through them ever because it's so ridiculously overpriced. I support small businesses but a 600% mark-up for a bag of salt water , come-on."

"My girl Stella and I have had such a great experience with Care and Comfort. They are so loving and kind to my sweet baby and she actually LOVES coming here. Both times we have been here all she wants to do is go to the back and see all of her vet friends. It’s a very clean establishment and it’s also very close to me so that’s another perk! They also have always been able to see me within 1-2 days which is very convenient! I’m so happy to have found them and they are definitely my new regular vet. Thank you to all the vets/vet techs who takes care of my baby like she is your own. It’s very very appreciated ❤️"

I wouldn't /couldn't recommend or choose a better team of caring, knowledgeable and extremely compassionate people here at this animal hospital and clinic. Even my dog is always and everytime, excited and happy to go there and see everyone, never scared nor nervous! You walk in and automatically you feel welcomed and rest assured!!"

"We really wanted to like this place since its close to our home, but again they failed us for 2nd time. My visit to Care and Comfort was regrettable. The exorbitant charges for basic services and unnecessary treatments left me frustrated. Both visits cost us a fortune and got us nowhere. The medication provided caused more vomiting and had to take our dog to another place the 2nd day where we had to pay additional fees. I recommend pet owners consider other options for their furry friends’ care."
