"Today 10/11/2023 at 9:55am. “JANET” the “SUPERVISOR” asked about how many weeks I was pregnant when I called to make an appointment as a NEW PATIENT. I guessed 2 weeks. Not 100% positive, it was just a guess. So she suggested me that they didn’t need to see me until I was 7 weeks in. I’ve been having a few issues going back and fourth about my insurance being/not being active. When I spoke to Janet it had been the fourth time I called. (Not their fault) but as I told her since she wasn’t going to schedule me here until 4 weeks from now make the appointment and I know for sure I’ll have my insurance back active. (Which is suppose to be again, not their fault that they didn’t see my insurance active on their end) so Janet the supervisor said I couldn’t do that and that I needed to pay $10 which is absurd to me. Why am I going to pay a deposit for me to get my first prenatal appointment that they can’t wait for me to pay after my visit the day of my appointment? When my insurance pays everything. Definitely not going to proceed to make my prenatal appointment here when clearly all they care about is money and not the patient. BIG RED FLAG. On top of that you guys take forever to answer phone."

"DO NOT GO TO FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS. Agreed on gold-standard laparoscopy for endometriosis then backed out after MRI claiming no endometriosis. Went to an actual specialist and had the procedure, lots of endo found!!!"
