"I don't leave reviews but this is unexceptionable. Absolutely terrifying experience for my puppy. Rebekah was not friendly and didn't care at all. She didn't finish the blow dry, cut or nails. I tried to help. I said I could dry him at home. He is a very chill dog so I didn't understand. I offered other options to help. She said no, she needs a break. We cancelled the second dog. Still charged full price for all and asked for a tip. If you love your pet don't use."

"Was very pleased with this service. I used them for the first time today for my three Welsh Terriers. Easy to book online and they came out quickly. Brian arrived on time and did a really great job with all three. Much more convenient than bundling them all in the car and hauling them off to a groomer. Less stressful for the dogs since they don't really like the car much. Very happy, will definitely use them again. Thank you Brian!!"

"I am shaking and so distraught writing this review. We have a beautiful rough coat collie who was having her grooming today. We had used Aussie pets before and never had an issue until now. Our previous groomer was unavailable so we had someone new coming out seeing we TRUSTED their services. HOW DISAPPOINTING. Our dog had mattes on her hind legs and behind her ears which can be normal for her breed. This groomer VIOLATED our dog and brought her back completely botched FULLY shaved including tops of her EARS and half her tail which we NEVER AGREED TO (please see photos along with photo of how our girl normally looks). Furious we texted Aussie Pets with our frustrations along with photos of our poor baby to get a response from a call center, you read that correctly, call center, not the owner (apparently no one from the company is available until Monday, which in itself is ridiculous) trying to “educate” us on how our dog was “heavily matted” which is not only COMPLETELY INACCURATE but a COMPLETE insult to our intelligence and insult to how we take care of our dog. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I should mention this is our 5th rough coat collie and we know and are educated on how to take care of our animals but also know the appropriate way they need to be groomed. We called our other groomers (both having groomed our girl) and both agreed not only is she NEVER fully matted but this shave or as Aussie Pets calls it “puppy cut” groom should have NEVER OCCURRED. To say we are outraged is an understatement. We TRUSTED YOUR COMPANY AND SERVICES instead our sweet animal was completely VIOLATED. We will NEVER use or refer their services again. Save yourself $200+ groom where they don’t take care of your animals grooming needs, are not educated on all breeds or how to cater to them, have a lack of response time, and does not feel this is an urgent matter that deserves to be attended to. Don't worry though, maybe we can tape her beautiful fur that you left on our lawn back on her. EDUCATE your groomers more instead of taking the easy route of just shaving a beautiful gorgeous pet and having your groomers ACTUALLY read the dog's profile. If your groomer is not skilled or educated on the breed then you need to be forthcoming to the owner instead of taking the business. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SERVICES OR LACK THEREOF. DO BETTER."
