"My mother has been trying to schedule a surgical procedure since October 2019! She is having pain and discomfort that prevents her from walking for more than 10 minutes. My mother is otherwise healthy and the continued delays on Dr. Craig Saffer and Dr. Emily Coles end have left our family feeling disregarded. I called Dr. Saffers office this morning they blamed Dr.Coles office, I called Dr. Coles office and they blamed Dr. Saffers office. Amanda at Dr. Emily Coles office was rude and frankly combative when I simply needed answers to why an appointment that my mother scheduled months ago was canceled last minute for this Friday and rescheduled for MAY!! Our family is not happy with the services from both of these providers and I hope that this review will prompt better communication between these two doctors and their patients."
