"I am leaving this review for my wife because she doesnt like doing these things. I honestly dont either but the way they have been treating my wife is extremely unprofessional. I see the frustration and stress she goes through so thats why im leaving the review on her behalf. There are alot of things wrong with this doctors office and the Doctor her self. First, when you call the doctors office they rarely pick up and when they do they don't know who you are or they don't have a record of your appointment. That just letting you know that there is poor charting on the doctor and the staff. Second, everytime my wife comes in to see the doctor, the doctor doesn't even recognize her. She forgot when she even did the surgery for the C-Section and my wife comes in for her follow up the next week and she asked my wife how far along was she? You know how embarrassing that is? A doctor performed a surgery and completely forgets who you are? I understand that there are alot of other people that are coming into the office, but for you to not even have a little recollection of the woman you are seeing for months and performing surgerys on is sloppy business. Finally, I'm going to re-emphasize on the charting. Charting is important especially because you have all the patients information and exactly what occurred to the patient. For you to not have documentation of when you performed a surgery and how it went, is unbecoming of a Doctor who is performing multiple surgeries a day. I really don't like leaving bad reviews and I rarely leave reviews, but the experience that my family has had with this doctor and her office is poor. They really need to sit down and come up with ideas on how to properly document and communicate with their patients, instead of wasting their time."

"I rarely leave reviews but I am actually in shock over the lack of care and professionalism. Unfortunately I did not listen to the prior reviews and decided to give Dr. Castillo a shot. Huge regret. Appointment was over 3 weeks ago and I have called every single day for 2 weeks trying to get test results. Left 4 voicemails. Have not received 1 call back. Infuriating to say the least."

"Completely, unprofessional! If I could give less than 1 star I would. When you call the office, no one gets back to you. My only thought is, " if the office staff is this incompetent; should I allow the doctor to touch me?" If you are not accepting new clients state that on your voicemail. If it will take two-three days to return a message state that on the voicemail. That is basic customer service. Instead no one calls you back, the phone rings then it someone just hangs the phone up on the patient."

"I found Dr.Castillo when I was 4 months along. While I won't say I had the worst experience, I will say I gained much from my appointments. She sent me somewhere else for my ultrasounds, she never checked my cervical area, towards the end of pregnancy, never checked to see if I was dilated. I have 3 children & know your OB normally asks you to take your pants most appointments. She didn't even end up delivering my baby so I can say she was my OB but never saw my women part hahaha."

"I was referred to Dr. Castillo from my primary doctor after my Ultrasound showed a Cyst on my ovary. I was on time for my first appointment and was waiting for 45 min. The front desk nurse had trouble scanning and copying important paperwork/ results from ER and imaging. The music was super loud and disturbing. All equipment and technology is old and dated. I discussed my results and issues with her but the music was so loud and disturbing for serious talks. Dr. Castillo send in a wrong prescription the next day. I called the office but no answer. I hope she will call back or send in the right prescription. Very disorganized and unprofessional."
