"I recently had my annual well woman check and sought guidance on pre-conception matters from Dr. Mansour, and unfortunately, the experience left me feeling compelled to share my disappointment. From the beginning of our very short visit, Dr. Mansour displayed - in my opinion - unprofessional behavior that significantly impacted my visit. She made inappropriate comments about my age, referring to me as a "baby." This made me immediately uncomfortable. During our very short discussion of my pre-conception questions, Dr. Mansour exhibited a dismissive attitude. She suggested that, because of my age and apparent health, I shouldn't worry and simply need to take "whatever" prenatal vitamins have “folic acid” in them. Unfortunately, this response overlooked the depth of my questions and left me feeling unheard. What bothered me the most was Dr. Mansour's habit of speaking over me. I had genuine questions about my body and cycle and wanted to understand how to plan for pregnancy, but her short responses and dismissive tone made me feel insecure and foolish for asking. It was disheartening. I left the appointment feeling stressed, uncomfortable, and foolish instead of feeling supported by my doctor. In a field where empathy and understanding are crucial, Dr. Mansour fell short in my opinion. I think that every woman, regardless of age, deserves respect, attentiveness, and the opportunity to have their questions addressed with care. I hope that my feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of empathy and professionalism, especially in a field where patients rely on doctors for support and understanding during vulnerable moments and planning periods in their lives."

"Very kind doc. Straight to the point which I prefer. She’s a busy doctor not a therapist, don’t expect her to go into the feelings but rather tell you the facts. I did have a wait time of about 15 minutes which was because she was taking her time with another patient. That’s to be expected. The front desk was nice and seemed busy with a lot of patients. Be nice to them on the phone! I look forward to working with this clinic."

"CHOOSING OBGYN? Here is my EXPERIENCE! Hope it will help you! I read some reviews here and made my personal opinion, trying to be objective. I had one baby with dr Anmar and another one pregnancy. Here are my points: 1. WAIT TIME: I saw some ladies were complaining on that point. But that was 2-3 years ago. My review is on November 2022 and for any appointments I had wait time outside for 5 minutes maximum. And in the room I might wait the doctor for 15 mins maximum. So, maybe 2-3 years ago they had this problem, but no more. 2. RUDE OR NON-ALL-THE TIME-SMILING STAFF SO, sometimes girls were really busy, but they always gently answer you, I would say, dear ladies, imagine that you work with 40 pregnant women a day and answer 100500 questions by phone. And some pregnant women are very rude themselves. I would say, dear girls and all the staff, thank you, that you still work there and try to be patient with us- pregnant women. Its hard, I dont think I myself could make better. 3. Super FAST. DR ANMAR is a very fast person and thats her personality! she is amazing professional BUT, she is fast. To speak about me, I have 3 kids at home and I dont want to spend more that 30 minutes for my appointments. Time is precious! So if you are on the same page with me- it is your doctor. She is fast BUT it NEVER means she is not careful or attentive! She can help more women without waisting anyone’s time. 4. “SHE IS A LYER”, BAD PERSON”.. etc - i saw this in one review! I will tell you this: when you see such a review, just take a look on that person page and you will see tons of bad reviews… that tells a lot! 5. Sharing my experience and UNSUCCESSFUL PREGNANCY: I came to doctor for first visit in October 2022, I was 9 weeks already. I was happy to see my doctor again same as she. I was imagining how again she will lead my 4th pregnancy. BUT.. when I sat on the chair and she started ultrasound she waited for some time and then said: sorry, there is no heartbeat… that was shock for me. The best wisest reaction of the doctor. What she told me: “Lets pretend this is mistake. i give you a week, go to another place for ultrasound and check there with another doctor, another machines and lets see what we will have. So, she told me the truth and on the same hand she gave me hope! You know what it means, right? This week I could go through this and be ready for the final result. The country where I am from doctors when notice no heartbeat, they immediately send you for surgery, without any “lets see, maybe…” they just break you and do there job! De Anmar new that the pregnancy was over, for sure… but she gave me hope! That means a lot to me. I waited for 2 weeks, I found that the belly doesnt grow and I understood myself that was it. My condition got worse, because I myself was waiting for so long with surgery and carring a dead baby for a month. I tried pill it didnt work. I called the office and asked Dr Anmar to call me back. I needed help asap. But the surgery preparation, insurance approval and all this staff takes so much time. And that was a week of thanksgiving… i called Monday, Dr Anmar did everything to me and she took me right before thanksgiving on Wednesday! I will never forget such kindness from her because I didnt hope to have surgery so fast. Surgery was great. Its a week already and I feel good with no pain or bleeding. Do you want the doctor treat you like dr Anmar- then it is your doctor!"
