"What a great grooming salon for dog owners. I was visiting the area when my dog, Ringo, was in desperate need of a full on grooming. It was so easy to call and make an appointment. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised to meet the groomer himself and have him talk with me about what exactly I was looking for. I warned him that Ringo has sensitive ears, and laid out exactly what I wanted. Within two hours, Ringo was ready and his grooming exceeded my expectations. His Mohawk, body, and tail were all exactly what I had asked for. And, for the first time in a long time, the groomer reported no issues with my dogs sensitive ears! The customer service here is outstanding. For the price and the service, you really can’t go wrong. Above all else, only $5 to add a teeth cleaning. Well done to all staff at Pet Palace!"

"They always do a fantastic job with my German shepherd puppy and she loves coming here every month. Appointment is recommended but nail trims by itself you can walk in. We get the full bath service which includes shampoo/conditioner, nail trim, and blow dry. They will brush teeth for an extra $5 which we always do as well. Prices are reasonable and they are quick (takes about 2 hours). Your puppy gets a cute bandana to wear too. Store is very clean with a self wash station if you don’t want them to bathe your dog for you."
