"Most Petsmart stores are warm and welcoming. This one on Balboa Ave, not one person asked if I needed help. Even after circling the isles a few times not one person wanted to help. I guess making eye contact was enough. Before 10 A.M. in the morning, more team members than customers that I could see. Like I stated in their survey, “I’m not dressed to impress or look a certain way”. They sure made me know I’m not welcome."
