"I’m 6 years late in leaving this review. Every time I hear a story of BIPOC and more specifically Black women dying or having extreme post birth complications, I’m so thankful that I had Dr. Dietze as my doctor. My pregnancy was high risk and “geriatric”. He was cautious and proactive the whole time. My concerns were never downplayed. He saw to it that I had a separate doctor to address my fibroids. I was admitted early to deliver my son for precautions and I stayed for 8 days. I always joke that he wouldn’t let me leave! I stayed for all of the reasons many of these women are dying post birth. I am far from wealthy, I was underinsured at work and had to supplement with Medi-cal. I received better treatment than celebrities who have recently given birth. Every woman deserves this level of care. He deserves his flowers!"

"0 Stars. Dr. Dietze, Jr. was my doctor when my son was born in 1999. HE WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I nicknamed him "Dietze, The Pizza Man," because he was in and out just like one. He scheduled surgery without informing me and told me my son would be taken by social services. When I refused, he acted like a spoiled brat. I guess no one had ever stood up to this bully before. I was under his care for a solid month with an infection in my C-Section obtained at the Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women in San Diego. Everyone can change, but I suspect not enough to matter to new mothers and fathers who want the best. AVOID THIS DOC AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!"

"Doctor Dietze is truly an sweet, amazing doctor deserves all the stars. He is the most patient doctor with wonderful communication skills. Even my own health condition is quite serious, he communicated to me in a very clear and comfortable way which did not create any anxiety in me. I wish I could had him to be my doctor earlier."

"He’s simply awesome! He makes you feel comfortable. He takes time. He gets to know you pretty good. Very thorough in explaining things. I have to admit that I was hesitant to choose a male OB Gyne doc in the beginning. But no regrets! I chose him to handle my reproductive health even for just routine. He was also the one who delivered my 2nd baby. All I can say is he’s awesome! Thank you, Doc!"

"Dr. Dietze and his wonderful staff are the best of the best. I cannot give them enough stars. From the first appointment to the very last, they were supportive, informative and handled my pregnancy with the absolute utmost care. They took the time to explain every detail and answer every question. I had a high- risk pregnancy and every time I had a doctor visit he made me relax, less stressed and hopeful for the future. I am ecstatic that I have my little girl with me. He definitely helped make that happen and I am beyond grateful for his work and the work of his team. Highly recommended if you want to ensure a safe and healthy pregnancy."
