"If I could give less than one, I will do it. Dr. Villanueva is a very educated person with lots of knowledge but lack of a bit of professionalism, I went for my first visit a few months ago to ask some questions about fertility and once there also to do my pap test that I was due. First of all, it was evident that he was more concerned about me having money to pay for fertility treatment due to the number of times he asked about our economic situation. (I guess he considered not $$$$ qualified for it because there was no follow up) Then he did my pap test that came back inconclusive because the Dr. used too much lubricant, of course, NO follow up to go back to the clinic and do it again. What they did is to harass me with the bill (They do not miss to follow up on that even if they shouldn't because the Service was NOT provided correctly!!) I have a perfect record and never miss a payment on anything, so finally, I called and paid even if the service was NOT received at the end. I hope this is of help for someone and don't get as bad service as I got at this clinic. Attn. Rebeca Lopez."
