"From the jump I did not trust Dr. Jibril and she came off rude the first appointment she wouldn’t let me see my baby on the ultrasound…while pushing me back she says “lay back so I can’t get a good look” first red flag! Then sometime between weeks 25-30 I went to the labor and delivery and stayed for 24 hrs due to high blood pressure..hospital doctors noted my levels were preeclamptic while Dr. J insist I had gestational hypertension even though..there were high levels of protein. Of course I was concerned/worried about my condition especially being a black woman she was very short with me and rude then proceeds to ask me to give her a review while I’m laying in the hospital bed lol yea I’ll do that. Anywho I’m so grateful to God I had an appointment scheduled with a different doctor in the office the day I gave birth due to her being on vacation …because knowing her she would’ve just raised my dosage for bp medicine and sent me home and who knows where I’d be today. Don’t be afraid to switch your providers even if it’s just a bad feeling…don’t wait for them to give you a reason."

"Dr. Jibril is amazing. She always takes the time to explain things to me. She answers every question I bring. I am so lucky to find a doctor that truly cares about me and my baby. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for prenatal care, UCR women’s health is a great place."

"What an awesome doctor! Women's health appointments can often be awkward and sometimes it can be difficult to communicate with providers. Dr. Jibril and the staff at UCR Health go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The doctor herself is extremely knowledgeable and down to earth with excellent bedside manner. She goes into great detail addressing any questions or concerns while at the same time making you feel like you're confiding in your most trusted friend. She obviously cares about her patients, their health and their needs. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Jibril and I am looking forward to her guidance and assistance as I begin my journey towards starting a family."

"This is my second pregnancy but my first time using Dr.Jibril as my doctor throughout my pregnancy. I’ve been seeing her for over a handful of months now and her care and team are wonderful to say the least. They’re extremely thorough and helpful, always willing to listen to my concerns and explain a solution to my problems. I’ve always received adequate and excellent care from Dr.Jibril and all the nurses and assistants that are at this facility. They make sure to see me in a timely matter and the appointments aren’t rushed through. She also offers telemedicine appointments, but I prefer to be seen in person. She is very quick to address things that concern her, and explain solutions fully to my understanding. She is definitely a great doctor who is always willing to hear me out and see me when necessary. I would definitely recommend her to anyone as her care goes above and beyond."

"Update: After having an emergency c-section I suffered a very rare condition called an amniotic fluid embolism. It has a huge mortality rate. Dr. Jibril acted quickly and after a very long 4 hours while I stayed awake was able to save my life. I owe everything to her for keeping me with my husband and son. I've been a patient for many years as has my family. I became pregnant and currently due in October. I was looking for a OB and it can be stressful, but when Dr. Jibril as well as the staff came in excited for me, it solidified why I am here. Yes you may wait for some time, but you need to realize she is delivering babies, you put yourself in that moms position as well as the doctors. Being pregnant, I know now that I will be that mom that she is running late because of and I appreciate the wait a lot more. If you can look past all the bad reviews, I promise you will enjoy it here and you are in good hands."
