"If I could give zero stars I would. Insisted I had to pay for a well woman exam, which you don't by law. I refused to pay. Refused to discuss the Gardasil vaccine with me. Told me she would only give me the results of my pap smear if I made another appointment and paid for another visit! I got my insurance company involved, and even then she wouldn't release the results, but got on the phone long enough to say the results were normal. NEVER AGAIN. Seriously, ladies - walk away quickly."

"UPDATE Dr Gupta was able to resolve the issue. After my first appointment she does seem like a great doctor. She made me feel comfortable and happy I came back. If I could give this place zero I would. Fist time patient the receptionist specifically told me I could wait outside. 1 hour later and many other patients were taken in, but I was still waiting. It wasn't until I went back inside to ask that I find out she had been "calling me" from inside the lobby when she's specifically told me I could wait outside since the lobby was full. I have never had such a horrible experience. Please save your time do not come here!"
