"Fellow readers avoid this as your OBGYN. The office staff thy receptionist, scheduler Teresa are the most unprofessional uncaring unmannered individuals I’ve ever came across. They are completely lacking customer service skills. This doctor takes in undocumented pregnant patients charges them cash to deliver their child so they can be a citizen under the radar. The better business bureau will be hearing about this unethical facility! We’re in 2024 you shouldn’t only be excepting cash unless you’re trying to hide something in which most of the patients don’t even live in the United States because the receptionist would be yelling in the office we need a US address we can’t use your Indian one and it’s 2,500 cash she had a big mouth. All in all look for a honest OBGYN."
"This place is so unprofessional. The woman in the front is rude! Not to mention the doctor was 2 hours late.. the selfish “receptionist” had no respect to let any of know that the doctor hadn’t been there for 2 hours already decided to tell us he was running late.. I read the reviews to this place before going, and still went, but listen to the reviews! Go somewhere else!"
"10/10 DO NOT recommend! Would give 0 stars if I could! When the appointment was made, myself and their office was aware of my $50 copayment. According to them it’s cash only. When I checked in for my appointment I asked them about my copayment, I was told I didn’t have one. I told them “are you sure cause I was told I had a $50 copay”. She responded again with no. I asked again before I left and again was told no. Last week I get a phone call saying that I owe them $50 for my copay and that it is cash only and that I will need to come back in their office to pay cash. I explained that I asked multiple times in the office about my copay and was told that I didn’t have one. She told me that it was because they didn’t know what my insurance covered. I told her they did know because when I set the appointment they told me about it. I told her I have no problem with paying the money but that I need them to take my card over the phone being that I work 60-80 week and do not live near by. She said she couldn’t do that and it is cash only. I then asked about my results and she told me they don’t give results over the phone. I asked when did they plan on calling me to make an appointment to get my results and I was told they weren’t going to, that I need to pay my bill. (Outrageous) I then told them I hadn’t even received a bill and she told me that was the point of her call. Our entire conversation was unprofessional and rude. Even in speaking with billing was the same. She told me it is my responsibility to know and pay my copayments. When I told her that I tried to she responded with it was not her problem and it’s my responsibility. They will not give me or my PCP my results! I’m filing a grievance with insurance and will be reporting them to the IRS! Cash only means……. If you know you know! Now on to the dr. I was diagnosed with cancer 10 yrs ago and had surgery to remove it. When I told the dr this he responded telling me I’ve never had cancer. Astonished, I told him that yes I had and how can he say that without seeing my medical records (they were not provided). He again told me I never did. Did his exam which was not pleasant and left me in pain and left the room. Avoid avoid avoid!"
"Horrible customer support and service, been calling for a month and either it goes straight to voicemail saying they aren't open or at lunch all the time and when call goes through you are put on a hold for over 30 minutes. finally got to speak to someone today and she put me on a hold right away. when she comes back says have appointment for november? really? November? yeah okay. good luck running your business this way."
"Im so grateful I chose Dr Mokadem as my Dr. He was very informative and very supportive, my recovery after c section was great and my scar barely shows. All receptionist at all 3 clinics were professional and helpful. I have to say it was a great 1st pregnancy and delivery experience."
