"If you need them to screw up your dog then take them here, why would you shave a /standard poodle!? Why would you let the tip of the snout with a beard!? I’m having my family visiting for the first time and this is what they’re meeting, I absolutely hate the job done, which is completely opposite to what we asked, shave a short tail which is always a pom Pom ? Just because you want to? And shaving took 4 hours? Really!? Even my 4 yo son doesn’t like it"

"So upset, took my shih tzu to get groomed and gave specific instructions on how I wanted my dogs hair and they even wrote it down on her file and when I went to pick her up this Robert butchered my dogs hair, she had her top of her head long because I used to love to put bows on her and he cut it off and made her hair so uneven, she even has bald spots, horrible hair cut so don’t go with Robert."

"I used to buy fishes from here , recently, everything dies in 4-7 days, their tanks are full of dead fishes , they refuse to replace or issue a credit without the dead fish body, seriously? I cannot come back for that , no more buying from here , or any other PetSmart, it is the same in every branch ."
