"My mom has horrible bladder flair ups and sensitives. She has been to Dr. Santos a handful of times. Everytime she has been seen by this doctor she has been treated horribly and verbally abused by the doctor. Please don’t go to her. She is rude and does not care about her patients."

"I have tried 3 times to write this survey. I don't understand where my words went. I am now exhausted trying to do this review to worn unsuspecting women out there. NEVER make an appointment with Dr. Melanie Santos. You will NOT be treated with respect, dignity or anything close to kindness or compassion. Your understandable questions will be met with disdain. She will treat you in a condescending manner. Never in my 70 years on this earth have ever been treated so poorly by a physician. I was re-hospitalized soon after she operated on me recently with a horrible infection in my female area. The hospital could not locate her. Although I was receiving medical care for the infection, I did not receive adequate pain meds during the many hours the hospital attempted to contact "my " surgeon. She will no longer be my surgeon or Dr. after my post-op visit which I have been told is required. I consider this incident to be one of the most traumatic and physically, emotionally painful of my life. No human being should ever be treated in this manner. EVER."

"This doctor does not know how to listen to patients. She abuses the elderly with an authoritative, condescending tone and is extremely rude. She does not return phone calls and she does not care about her patients health. She is there to take advantage of your insurance. Beware if you are Hispanic or elderly. She will probably mistreat you like she mistreated my mother-in-law."
