"Dr. Chai is hands down the BEST doctor out there. Every visit I feel like I'm talking to a girlfriend who loves and cares about me as my girlfriends do. She asks great questions to glean how YOU are doing, whether it be about you specifically or about other members in your family (she delivered both my boys - now 17 and 19). Her knowledge, skill and empathy are unsurpassed, and I sincerely couldn't recommend a better all-around doctor. I switched insurances years ago to stay with Dr. Chai. In talking to girlfriends about how my appts go versus theirs, they are always amazed at the time and different tests she does and the time she spends with me. It's just the norm with her. I'm so grateful and blessed to have her as my doctor."

"Dr. Chai's billing department has been a nightmare. They billed me twice for the same service, which I paid. When I realized the mistake, I have had to make 15 calls and send one email (so far) to try to get a reimbursement check. This has been over a 2 month period and still no check. There are doctors as good as Chai out there who are easier to deal with financially. I would suggest going to them."
