"I had an appointment scheduled for over a month. They called two weeks before to remind me about “my appointment tomorrow.” I said actually my appointment isn’t for two weeks. They said, oh well we can cancel your appointment for tomorrow. When would you like to reschedule? I said, FOR THE DATE I PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED. They said, okay I think we can do that. Lol. I confirmed that the office has received my MRI and blood test results THAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED. Yes, they have them. I drive an hour to get there then I wait two hours to see the doctor who knows I have diagnosed endometriosis and I am seeking a second surgery for my residual endometriosis that was not successfully excised. When he finally sees me, he asks what’s the issue. I say, …I’m here to discuss my test results? THAT YOU ORDERED? He says, oh, I didn’t get those. I say, that’s funny because I received a confirmation two weeks ago that you did, in fact, receive those. He pulls me into “his office” and “finds them” in his packet of documents that he received weeks ago and probably should have, ya know, BEEN IN MY CHART? He proceeds to say, well everything looks fine but you can’t see superficial endometriosis on an MRI. So what would you like to do? What are your expectations for this appointment? I’M LIKE, OH IDK YOUR OPINION?! Not to mention, I have experienced several other clerical errors with this office for previous appointments. But I won’t enumerate all of them because I think I’ve made my point already. This place is the most unorganized mess of a medical center I have ever witnessed in my life. And that’s really saying something because as all endometriosis patients know, it’s a tragic, egregious system as it is. If you want real, compassionate help, stay far away from this place."

"I had the opportunity to meet with this doctor. I have lived with endometriosis for 20+years now and I am having some other issues going on so I was referred to see Dr. Soorena. I must say I was very pleased with his knowledge and just the information he has given me. I’m am eager to see my outcome and treatment. I have been is so much discomfort for past few months and just want some type of help. Looking forward to continuing being under the care of Dr. Soorena. Ms. Colita was the receptionist and was also a pleasant person when I came as a 1st time patient. Thank you for your service. Update:had surgery 2/20/23 & was in so much discomfort I could only go to work. I can now go to the grocery store after work and not rush home because I don’t want to be out in the public due to my pain and discomfort. I’m relieved to get some relief! It feels sooooo good to be back somewhat normal."

"I literally have had this appointment for weeks. I had an insurance approval to come here. I am in so much pain. I drove an hour to get here and waited an hour in the waiting room and they didn’t even give me paperwork. Then they did. Then they said “the doctor isn’t contracted with your insurance” I literally have an approval!! They had weeks to tell me this. This is terrible health care. I had to leave their office in severe pain and have no one to help me!!!!!!! This office is so lazy. The lady literally had an entire hour to tell me this and she didn’t even bother giving me paperwork. Like this is so messed up."
