"This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hospital in my life. It wasn't the doctors' fault, but it's the first time I've encountered such rudeness and lack of professionalism from the nurse. The nurse was extremely rude, didn't even acknowledge when patients entered, and instead of speaking, she rudely gestured for patients to provide information. She seemed very reluctant to work and was the worst nurse I've ever encountered. Her face looked very angry, she seemed unwilling to work, and her tone was extremely rude. Even with an appointment, you have to wait for over 30 minutes, and she not only behaves rudely to patients but also doesn't bother explaining why there's such a long wait. She is extremely rude to patients and unprofessional. I don't think I'll ever visit this hospital again. I feel bad to doctor, but if she continues to be at this hospital, it seems like they will lose all their patients."

"Dr. Kim delivered my first baby and I couldn’t have imagined my whole pregnancy up to labor and delivery to go any better. He is very patient and great at explaining technical medical terms. He is very thorough and I felt safe the entire 40 weeks! I highly recommend him!"

"My wife had a gynecology appointment here. However, the lady at the front desk was unfamiliar with our insurance plan, which was surprising given her role in the medical field. Before approaching her, my wife noticed that she was busy with a personal conversation with a colleague. When my wife inquired about the insurance, the lady mentioned she didn't know our plan and suggested immediate payment. My wife politely requested that they contact the insurance company, but the lady explained that they were too busy to do so. This contrasted with our past experiences at other medical facilities, where staff typically assist with insurance matters promptly. It appeared as if the front desk attendant was preoccupied with personal matters, which was frustrating, especially considering the importance of insurance coverage. I'm hesitant to elaborate further in this review, as I'm concerned about potential retaliation from this employee. Additionally, my wife felt that the lady's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. We noticed mixed reviews for this facility, with a lot of 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews. Given our experience, we would recommend to go elsewhere. It's worth mentioning that the lady told my wife go to another place, which, in our opinion, was not the most courteous or professional response. We DO NOT recommend this place. Look elsewhere."

"Out of 6 pregnancies this was my first time going with Dr. Kim. Wish I had known about him since my 1st pregnancy. Love the way he treats his patients, love his attitude. The whole pregnancy journey with him as my Dr. was Great, delivery was great, he delivered my twins naturally. He'll answer your calls on his time off. The 2 receptionist are nice ladies even though they don't have the sweetest way of talking but they do their job and are good. The nurse is a nice lady, wait time was good, the longest I probably waited was 30min. He also has an app we're all your ultrasounds are recorded and you can see them anytime. He let's you record inside the room too. I really recommend Dr. Kim. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars. God bless him."
