"To keep it 100% REAL for anyone looking at reviews.. The doctors that I have seen are great doctors and the NP is very helpful and knowledgeable. The bad reviews, if you've noticed, are because of long wait times. I wouldn't give it 1 star just because of that though. I did wait a little over an hour for my last appt and the waiting room was PACKED, not very comfortable. I do judge a place by the doctors which they are good! Most of the ladies at the front desk are pretty nice, but there was one rude one that I came across at this last appt. Because I like Dr Cogan, (who btw is *only* in on Wednesdays), I probably will come back after this pregnancy. Not the most amazing office, but not so horrible that I wouldn't come back. Also, if you're able to get a morning appt, snag that one :D afternoons are when it's pretty packed.."
"I always have my appointment earlier in the Morning, and I show up on time, so I never have to wait. My doctor is amazing and I've had 2 successful pregnancies with them. I don't really understand the reviews that many write about this place. They are not dirty, they are very caring and supportive and loving. My doctor coreen even call to check in on me with I was experiencing lots of nausea from this pregnancy. Absolutely recommended them. If feel sorry for the many who have had bad experiences. Many Blessings to you and yours"
"If i could give zero stars i would. The wait time is insane, they over book and over schedule making it an all day waiting experience. The front office staff are friendly but man is this the most unorganized chaotic dr office I’ve ever been to. They literally have no organization. Also the doctor is never there, I’ve only seen the NP and she was sweet, but poor thing seems like her workload is insanely large"
"I have come here for 3 pregnancies. This one because of Covid they only allow 10 seats. Why do women bring their men moms and other family? I get it with kids but men take up half the seats meanwhile me being 9 months pregnant and these other pregnant women have to sit on the floor outside of the door and they say nothing. Dr. Mizrahi is very rude and everything is normal to him. I have diabetes and preeclampsia and have severe symptoms and I get told I’m done I’ll be okay. He makes me uncomfortable. Also, the wait time is beyond ridiculous. 3 hour wait if your appointment is after 8:45. They schedule so many people for the same time so you’ll be stuck waiting here till noon if you’re scheduled after 8:45. The only plus side to this office is they recently got Dr. Cogan. He is by far the best! He is very sweet and caring and truly tries to understand your concerns and offers ways to help."
"I wouldn't recommend this office at all. Staff is hardly interested in helping when it comes to your needs. I kept calling about refilling my prescription for my prenatals and they kept saying they would do it before they close and never did. I told my primary doctor about what was happening and she was the one who ended up getting me a refill the next day when they kept saying they would for a whole month. The wait time is always over 2 hours just for them to actually see you for a total of five minutes max. The only time you're in and out is when an actual doctor is there besides that if its just the nurses expect to be there a long time. When I first started going I requested the doctor to be Dr. Sol and throughout the pregnancy I kept asking when I could meet him and they kept saying I eventually could or on my next appointment I would be able to. I'm currently now past my due date and they barely told me now that he is no longer with the office so he won't be delivering my baby at all. They didn't think to tell me or give me a heads up at all saying I didn't tell them anything when I kept asking about him majority of my appointments. I'm currently 4 days past my due date and they always say the doctor is busy and have not explained anything about being induced or when it'll happen and this is my first pregnancy. This office shouldn't even be allowed to be open with how little they care about giving you information or help on anything."
