"If I could give no stars I would have. Dr. Ramon Mizrahi was very unpleasant and unprofessional as well as arrogant. For my first visit, I waited for almost 2hrs, which I arrived for before my appointment. Once I was seen by the nurse assistant she said they can’t access her chart (this app was scheduled 2 months in advance FYI) She went to get Dr. Mizrahi I voiced my concerns and was told they could not access my daughter's chart which I ask how can they know what the issue is without her information. He argued (yelling) back and forth still no solution and stated if you want to leave you can... Disgusting and unprofessional. My daughter and I felt sick to our stomachs because of the amount of disrespect and disregard for us as the patients of this new facility. I would not recommend going here. Highly unprofessional and scary!"
