"Coming to this place was a waste of my time I had my first consult a few weeks ago…the staff didn’t tell me when to come back. When I called to make an appointment for follow up the phone kept ringing and no answer…No, this is unacceptable I took matters into my own hands and went to tijuana to get better help ASAP I rather pay out of pocket and get treated right away than to sit & wait like as if it was a waiting game."

"I was terrified to go for the first time after reading the bad reviews here but I decided to give them a chance. This is a review not after one, but 4-5 visits already. The office is well organized, never a long wait. Staff is friendly and helpful, they answer your questions promptly. My appointments (incl. a short wait) ends usually within an hour. I'm in my 3rd trimester. So far so good. They are on top of things. I talked to another expecting mom in the waiting room and she was also happy with this office. I did have a problem at the beginning calling the office and getting nowhere (voicemail full) but they fixed that so yeah, overall 5 stars for the service."

"The office receptionist is the rudest person on this earth. Well, I'm exaggerating but based on my 1 time experience calling this office to make an appointment I may never try to see this doctor. My doctors office faxed then a referral many times and she said they never got it. So naturally, I asked for a solution. And she said: " Well ma'am, you have to GET A REFERRAL". I clarified AGAIN that i had a referral for several months and i cannot schedule an appointment because they say they didn't receive it. I asked to verify their mailing and fax number. My doctor faxed it again. The people that work for this office are unprofessional and RUDE. They don't listen and do not provide solutions. This is TERRIBLE."
