"Dr. Christina Lee is insensitive, rude, condescending, and aggressive. My OB was out of town when I gave birth, and she was the OB on call, unfortunately. Worst and most horrific experience. I had my daughter naturally without an epidural. The afterbirth was worse than the birth itself, thanks to Dr. Christina Lee. She put her ENTIRE hand inside of me to "clean out my uterus." I was SCREAMING in pain and was yelling, "I DON'T HAVE AN EPIDURAL," and she pulled her hand out aggressively and said, "ok, if you get an infection, that's your fault!" When I say I could feel her scraping the inside of my uterus, it seems like that's an understatement. I can't even begin to describe how torturous it felt after pushing my baby out. This was years ago, and I still have PTSD from my experience. I will never forgive her for treating me the way she did--horrible woman. If you're looking for a caring and wonderful OB associated with Hoag, Dr. Brooke Hargrove is incredible."

"Where do I begin with how awful these people are. Do not go here. I was referred by my primary care to this office for my pregnancy. I arrive at my appointment. They charge a copay. I asked why since ACA mandates no co-pay for prenatal care. They said first visit isn't prenatal. Okay... Weird, but okay. Then it was taking forever and I needed to pee badly. I hadn't gone before my appointment in case they needed a urine sample. I asked if they would need one or if I could pee. They said they wouldn't be taking a urine sample. That also seemed strange for a first prenatal visit which I expressed to the front desk. After calling me into the patient room, the front desk rep came into my room, closed the door behind her, and told me I was welcome to go elsewhere if I wasn't comfortable. I said I was fine. She then continued to harass me expressing she didn't appreciate me asking questions in front of other patients. I said they were very reasonable questions. As I started to feel threatened by her inappropriate behavior, I turned on my camera for my own protection. She immediately left when I turned on my camera. Christina Lee, the OB, came in and said this wasn't a "good relationship" and asked me to leave. I am in disbelief. Refusing medical care because I had a couple very reasonable questions?! Then kicking me out when it was her front desk staff harassing me for no reason? Do not go here. And if you know about any medical ethical boards I can report this to, please send that info my way."
