"Some of the staff were snooty with our questions. The restrooms are out of order because the water is broken. Also, how do the fish feel like that tiny tank is 3000 gallons because of the whole water circulation system?"
"I wish you could give negative stars. I took my dog here to get his nails trimmed. He is not aggressive, but he will pull away from you and it's hard to do alone. A woman with blue streaks in her hair and an eyebrow piercing was working with him, and she was SO aggressive and unprofessional. I watched through the window and she pulled on his legs, and I was waiting for him to jump off the table. I went in and told her to stop, at which point she said another groomer was going to hold him. I told her I do not want her to be aggressive with him, and if that is what it was going to take, it wasn't worth it. They have a sign saying no customers in the grooming salon, and I think now I know why. Do not take your pet here. They will not treat it like family."
"The employees here are always very kind and helpful. Cashier asked if they had the chews because I had grabbed the CBD powder and it's $44 I really don't know how the powder works. Another employee found these chews for me and brought them to me I was very thankful for the help both the cashier and the other employee for helping me out. That's why this is my favorite PetSmart location."
