"This is the best doctor I've seen or been to. Dr.Exum is very professional and kind to her customers. I haven't visited the doctor for 8 years and went back in today. She is just as sweet and professional as I met her. I will recommend anyone to go. It only took me 30 mins to be service and there were no wait."

"I found out I was pregnant late February/early March. I didn't have insurance at the time, and found this clinic, who accepted me. At first it was great, however, with each passing visit I felt I was not being listened to. Every time I would go in for a scan, they were not able to locate the fetus/gestational sac. According to my own calculations, I was somewhere around 4-5 weeks along at my first visit. Dr. Exum refuses to do transvaginal ultrasounds on patients, because she does not want to "make the patient feel like a guinea pig". This does not sit right with me, because, why are you, a medical professional, refusing to do your job? Don't be a doctor if you're squeamish. During one of my last visits, I was supposed to be around 10-11 weeks along, however, once we finally saw the embryo during a scan, she said I was measuring more along the lines of 5-6 weeks pregnant. Which was really off-putting, right away I knew something was wrong. Yet, she still refused to do a transvaginal ultrasound, and instead referred me to a different hospital to have them take a further look at me. She said it was because they don't have good enough equipment to be able to do it for me. Regardless, I ended up having a miscarriage. When I called the office to let them know I was bleeding, and sure of miscarriage, and asked for medication to help it pass, she refused. She said "I don't do abortions, I don't give out abortion pills." Which wasn't the point, I wasn't trying to have an abortion, my body already aborted the pregnancy. What I needed was care, and help, which she refused to do. I don't know about you, but I would hope that my physician would do everything possible to make sure the patient is cared for. From the beginning, I had experienced nothing but confusion. I know my body, and I knew based off my last period I was really far along, but when she said I wasn't as far along as I thought I was, I had a feeling something was wrong, but did she seem concerned? Not in the slightest. She seemed more convinced that I just had to be "patient" and "wait for the baby to show up on the scan." Well if she had done her job she would have realized that the embryo/fetus was never viable and I suffered for no reason. I had to go to the ER just to be told all of this. The doctors and nurses were extremely concerned with the lack of care and knowledge Dr. Exum had displayed. It is not her fault that my body rejected the pregnancy, however, I get the feeling that she only cares about you if you have a baby. And it was really odd to me that she said "i don't do abortions" when that isnt what I asked for, I clearly stated I was MISCARRYING. So, seems to me this woman might be pro life, which, as an OBGYN, you'd hope they'd be neutral on. She only cares about your fetus, not YOU as a patient. I do NOT recommend coming here if you are pregnant or have concerns about your pregnancy. I know other patients have had positive experiences here, but mine was poor, and I feel that my extreme pain and discomfort could have been avoided if she would have just listened to me."
"A friend recommended me this place a while ago. I was between insurance at the time. Considering the place was small and always busy, Dr Exum has the best attitude, and I, a naturally ornery person, don't know how she does it. Cares a lot about her patients and remembered my name after not being their for months. She is a very good doctor."
