"I would personally like to rank Dr. Meehan, MD and Counselor Cynthia and the entire staff department for buying me and my family clothes, school supplies and more. We’ve been homeless for quite awhile and since I told the staff I needed help I’ve been getting so much help from clothes to toys to even referring me to a church that has had me and my children under a roof ever since. I’ve never liked going to a doctor's office but this one always seems to put a smile on my face and always seem to bring me out of my depression. I love you guys so much and again thank you MD, Patrick Meehan and also Cynthia the social worker she’s so amazing I don’t know everyone’s name who works at this office but everyone has contributed to making sure me and my family are good and I cry as I write this because the type of help I’ve been receiving is just wonderful thank you guys so much for everything. Me and my family love you and send nothing but positivity and blessings your way."

He is very kind, respectful, caring and concerned. He takes the time to listen and discuss! In my opinion Dr. Cardenas really strives to give the best care posible to each of his patients. "Sorry excuse of a medical clinic. Horrible communication, lack of follow up. Dissatisfied patient after a few months. Now I have to find another healthcare provider. Being a patient at this clinic is extremely painful and stressful. I’m the first place, I’m not one to tend to my healthcare needs. I’m trying to do better in 2023 but this clinic is so discouraging. I have to continually call to follow up to try to see if they have submitted referrals I need to see about my health. Each time, I call, I get excuses and the run around about these referral appointments. None of the people who answer the phone have any information or idea why I called the last time for a referral so I have to explain my situation all over agyto each person who answers. Nothing is getting done. Just excuses like, I’m going to deliver this message right away. Someone will call you later today about it. No phone call or nothing. Then I have to call and explain my situation all over agin. They don’t care about their patients. No follow up. I am so fed up after being a patient for only a few months and will search for a new healthcare provider that is really interested in helping their patients with their health needs."

"This was the 1st time visiting this Location, the receptionist was rude and doesn’t have any clue on how to be polite to guest especially someone working the front desk with this being your initial point of contact with this business. She had short blonde/brown hair and portrait tattoos on one of her arms. Didn’t catch her name but I’m sure she’s the only one there with faces tattooed on one of her arms. She needs to be trained on Customer Service to provide members with a better experience."
