Well I don't need a web page becouse I'm so full I can't handle anymore clientele. Was going to place a couple thousand dollar order for first shipment but your loss. Terrible customer service. You need my money more then I need your fish. Happy to order from someone else who Appreciates my business."

"We had an account with them for about 3 years. The last 3 orders where late arriving via UPS. They credited us for the minimal losses we had on the 1st 2 orders but I could tell that they were not happy about it. The final order arrived 2 days late (3 days in the boxes). All the fish were DOA as one would expect and they tried to only refund us for a third of what we paid. I tried to work it out with our rep but we were ignored which forced me to file a credit card dispute. They told the processor that I didn't email them photos of all the dead fish and I wasn't in communication with them and they tried to reverse the charges back to their bank. This was easy to refute because I had all the email evidence (multiple emails) I needed to prove otherwise. The credit card company ruled in our favor and then they didn't even apologize for their apathetic approach to our requests and the dishonest claims they made to the credit card company. There are plenty of other fish in the sea Quality Marine and we are very happy buying from your biggest competitor. This has cost you a lot more than 1 customer, I can promise you that."
