"I drove 50 minutes to get there after waiting 6 months for an appointment. Then there is no where to park. I had a torn ACL so it took me time to walk 3 blocks. When I got there 8 minutes late. They say I have to reschedule. No mercy no grace even though my previous appt I waited 25 minutes after my appt time to see the doctor. If a doctor works part time they shouldn’t be referred. I have problems 2 years and I am now having to wait until January to reschedule."
