"I really love everyone in the office--kind, knowledgable, and willing to take time and answer questions (especially the nurse practitioners). However, I am at my breaking point trying to send medical records to another practice. I called requesting them--was told to email. I did, and then a week later asked about their status. Nothing. "Where to start? Dr. Ramos is truly an amazing person and an excellent physician. My husband and I learned we were pregnant with high-risk twins (mono/di) and were originally seeing another popular OB in town. We ended up switching to Dr Ramos at 9 weeks pregnant due to never actually being seen by the other OB after going for weekly ultrasounds for over a month. Dr. Ramos & her staff took on our case without hesitancy. Her staff is flawless & so friendly. Dr. Ramos was able to diagnose the type of twins we were having immediately & was able to appropriately refer us to the high-risk doctor in town as well. Needless to say, the pregnancy was not easy & Dr. Ramos always took her time to explain what was going on and provide emotional support when I was put on bedrest very early. We were able to have a vaginal birth at 34 weeks exactly - both twins born only 5 minutes apart with no complications. Dr. Ramos is an absolute pro & I trust her 100%. We now have two beautiful baby girls. I’m a RN myself & recommend her & her staff to everyone. She will always hold a special place in our family’s hearts."
