"Unfortunately for Dr. Drake this is a poor review toward the staff and office manager. I've heard good things about Dr. Drake, personally haven't had much interaction with her but can say the staff and office manager are very rude and make my wife feel horrible every visit. They are not on top of their work and treat it like a job they don't want. We had to find out about bad results from a test 3 weeks after results were posted. The staff didn't even consider calling and discussing how best to proceed to maintain proper health for the baby. Even after a follow up examine they didn't bother to call after knowing they messed up the first time. That really shows me they either don't care about their patients or can't handle their volume and are just trying to get as much money as possible. Extremely poor quality of service from the practice. I have encouraged my wife to change OB's for the remainder of the pregnancy because I can see how negatively this practice has affected her."

"Dr Drake was the best OB I have ever had! Makes you feel really safe and as if she was a friend delivering your baby. We moved to TN and are pregnant again and I can't find another OB that even comes close to her. So sad not to have her again!!"

"I don’t typically take time to write public reviews, but Dr. Drake is simply too great to not share about! She is the most attentive doctor I have had experience with. She has delivered three of my babies successfully and with no complications and made me comfortable throughout the entire process. She starts with an in person check in before every visit. And somehow manages to remember personal things going on in her patients lives to touch base on it. I don’t know how she does it because the SB Cottage Hospital staff tells me that she is the busiest and most popular OB-Gyn; yet I feel like I am her only patient when I am with her. Dr. Drake is the best!"

"Dr. Drake is amazing! I moved from Oxnard to Santa Barbara in the middle of my pregnancy and she happily welcomed me as her Paitient. She is kind and warm and comforting. She listened to me and advocated for the labor I wanted. And when things got hairy, she acted fast and talked me through everything. She’s so compassionate (excuse me while I tear up over here) I truly felt safe in her care. Her office is welcoming and Roxanne is always on top of scheduling too. I literally cannot wait to have more babies and for Dr. Drake to watch me and my family grow! Thank you Dr. Drake !"

"Dr. Drake is a wonderful doctor; knowledgeable and with a great sense of humor. She listens well and it is obvious that she cares for her patients and enjoys her work. My baby girl's heart rate dropped a few times during labor and Dr. Drake recommended a C-section. I am so glad I took her advice because the cord ended up being wrapped around her neck. Dr. Drake was not only professional but reassuring, and delivered my healthy little baby with skill and grace. I continue to see Dr. Drake for routine checkups and care, and look forward to working with her if I become pregnant in the future."
