"For the love of God just hire more people. This store is always understaffed. I have never seen more than 2 people on the sales floor. It's very unfair to the employees. Constantly running back and forth to help people. Lines are always way too long. Staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful though."

Paola (groomer/mgr.) and her team (can’t remember everyone’s name), Tabitha, and Anna (sp) are always professional, patient (listen to me talk about my dogs) and super friendly. My pets, even the super nervous one, love it there. They look awesome when they’re done with their spa treatment. Love Paola’s and Anna's bows too!"

You can actually have someone approach you and help you. Very knowledgeable people. Sometimes slow at checkout. But overall they have really improved."
