"The original appointment was fine, my 2 year old cat needed his nails trimmed, but shortly after, my cat started getting scabs and losing patches of hair on his body. I took him into the vet where he was tested for ringworm and it came back positive. He is an indoor cat and the only pet at home. He hadn't come into contact with any other animals before his nail trimming appointment. It seems there aren't preventative measures being taken to properly sanitize the grooming area."

"They called me to bring both our dogs in early due to a cancellation. I still sat in the parking lot from 5:50 till 7pm waiting on my dogs. I walked in at 6:30 to get a heads up and apparently the groomer wasn’t aware I had come in and was complaining about the scheduling (which had nothing to do with me), my puppy’s gas, and everything under the moon to another groomer as she butchered our dog. When she was finally done with our dog the price the other groomer charged me was $50 over what we were quoted over the phone. They were unfriendly and hostile and I felt my dogs, my pocket book, and I paid for their over booked bad day. We will never take our dogs there again. I did tip them however just to kill them with kindness as I let them know I was in the salon when they were having their vent session complaining about their clients."
