"Called to let them know that spouse in ER, and want to keep appt as diagnosis is 6 to 12 month life expectancy and need to be sure care plan in place. Told me we had to cancel the appt because they won't have info for today's ER visit. Asked to talk to doctor, she told me I was rude etc. THEN HUNG UP ON ME. Should be supportive and compassionate. I truly wish that none in this office ever experience this devastating type of life event and find compassion for those who do."

"I would never ever recommend this place. The first time I called the front desk lady who answers the phone (when they actually answer them, which is rare) is beyond rude. They make you feel as if your a burden. I had to emergency cancel one appointment due to sickness and they could care less. They didn’t want to reschedule me at all. I went to the ER and they tried to make me and appointment with her and she still won’t even accept me. For one emergency missed appointment. Absolutely ridiculous and for the front desk lady to not care, to not ever call back after leaving multiple messages for Alisha is absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous. Does this doctor even care? Alisha is the front desk lady I wouldn’t recommend her either. They make you feel terrible let alone the attitudes you have to deal with. I’m absolutely fed up with this place. I will be sharing my experience with this place with friends and family I hope no one goes to her. Absolutely uncalled for and disgusting a doctor could treat anyone this way."

"Dr. Frankel is the best doctor I have ever been to. She listens to you, doesn't rush you, asks questions, and has always been 100% right with her diagnosis. You know she cares for you and is there to serve you. Kim the medical assistant is very knowledgeable and a sweet girl. Alyssa is just as sweet and also knowledgeable. All 3 make quit a team. Feeling very blessed to be a patient of Dr. Frankel."
