"This morning I had an appointment to get my dog groom. The appointment time originally was at 9. Someone called me yesterday and left a message a saying it was at 10. I called back and confirmed. It’s was 9:11 when I Shannon called to say I was late. I explained I had a voicemail where someone told me to go at 10. She said they don’t send emails. I told her it was a voicemail and I could show her when I came. I only live 2-3 min away. She didn’t want to hear it. I understand people make mistakes. She said there was a late fee I would need to pay of $50. I told her I was not aware and she said it’s on there contract, I told her I didn’t see it. I ask her if she would waive it since it was the first time it happened. She said NO!! I explained it never happened before and again she said NO!! She was not even trying to be considerate, on top of the $50 she wanted me to pay for the grooming. She made it clear all that matters to her is the money not providing good customer service. I understand that if it happened before I would be ok paying the $50. I did go in and pay the $50 , didn’t want any problems with people like her but I am VERY disappointed in the way she spoke to me I expected better and professional customer service. I will no longer be going there I refuse to do service with people that only care about making money not about my dog or providing good customers. They deserve 0 stars."

"i took in Mika for grooming. they did a wonderful job her fluff was so soft. i haven't had time to groom her so this was very helpfully specially sent winter is coming so she is growing new fluff. The wait list took a while to get in. but worth the wait"

"Due to moving to the area and a death in the family, we had not been able to take our dog to get groomed. My dog was pretty miserable. As I searched for a new groomer, I came across Becca's. I called and was so relieved to talk to a groomers who has special training working with dogs that needs extra love and support to get groomed. My dog typically needs to have meds for anxiety prior to going to the vet, groomers, and traveling. My dog was so happy after her hair cut and bath. She slept better and was not as hot. The next month she went she was not as nervous. It is such a relief not to have to give her anxiety meds prior to her appointment because they know how to work with our furbabies."
