"I had been searching far and wide for a good groomer in the bay to bring my pups, and honestly I thought this place was going to become our regular.. the haircuts look good and they have a clean facility. However, I noticed that one of my pups wouldn't stop licking his paw, and I found one of his nails extremely over-cut. They didn't even have the decency to own up for it and apologize while I was there."
