Blackhawk Grooming

"I have been bringing my dog here for probably 5 years. Up until this last year or so, they have always done an outstanding job. I’m not sure what has happened there, but the last 3 appointments have been terrible. This last time, I pointed out a couple of things that I wanted done along with the face, feet, and sani and neither were done. I’m not even sure if she was brushed. There are mats under her ears which is one of the things that I pointed out, and she has shed more hair after her appointment than I have ever seen. I’m not sure about the sani, but it doesn’t appear that was done either because it doesn’t look any different from before the appointment. To top it off, she has an ear infection from water that had gotten in her ears. I’m going to try them one last time and if it is still an issue, I will start looking for another groomer."

"Do not come here!!! Recently decided to start trying out Blackhawk Groomers and on our last visit we noticed a massive brown patch on our dog. Upon further inspection a giant patch of his fur was shaved off right below his neck along with a small cut. We were never informed of any kind of issue and have never had a problem with any other grooming service in the past. Horrible business."

"DO NOT GOT TO THIS PLACE!! VERY DANGEROUS!!! We picked our dog up with a bulging bleeding eye!! They had the nerve to charge us 120$ before we saw our dog. We are rushing him to the hospital as I write this! They said they tuned hairdryer on and it scared him and he fell off table. I have no idea how long he hung there by his neck with oxygen cut off to his brain. But it was long enough to make his eye bleed and bulge out of his head! This is a very dangerous ill equipped place. No guardrails so the dogs don’t fall off tables. I see other terrible reviews as well for injured pets. Our dog if he makes it thru this and does not lose his eye… will never be able to be groomed again as he is incredibly traumatized and is now extremely traumatized as well to new people and situations !! STAY AWAY!!"

"I suggest a zero star for Blackhawk pet grooming. My dogs neck was cut badly and bleeding during grooming and they try to cover it up by putting the neckerchief around it to hide. It never informed me of their mistake charge me full price and when I called the owner to complain, he took no responsibility. Did not offer to resolve the issue. he told me he remember the situation well when my dog was lacerated at his throat.... unbelievable he never apologized.... I will never use this Blackhawk dog grooming service again!"

"Took my fur baby here a week ago and they are still looking fresh. I spoke with the groomer , told her what service they most need . She gave me amazing tricks and advise on how to maintain there fur looking great before the next visit. Amazing and attentive service. Highly recommend"
